Career growth, financial literacy, and AI: what awaits participants of Youth Day

On August 20, Youth Day will be held as part of the "PRO//Movement. Transport Management Systems" scientific and practical conference and exhibition. Experts will help students and young professionals chart their career paths and master skills in demand in the labor market.
The program includes a series of seminars and training sessions featuring leading experts:
• Anna Kretinina, Head of Employer Brand Development at the Center for Employer Branding and Human Capital Development;
• Svetlana Tolkacheva, top manager at VTB Group and member of the Bank of Russia's expert council on financial literacy. The topic of her presentation will be "Skills of the Future. What should you study today to earn more tomorrow?";
• Mikhail Plotnikov, trainer, Doctor of Sociology, lecturer at HSE Nizhny Novgorod, and speaker for Rosmolodezh;
• Oleg Panin, lecturer at the Russian Knowledge Society and founder and CEO of Center-Game. The topic of her presentation will be "Practical Aspects of Working with AI." Participants will gain up-to-date knowledge, useful insights, practical tools, and the opportunity to directly ask questions to experts.
